Adult Hip Hop

A high-energy class that uses the latest sounds in rap, R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today’s hottest video choreographers. Hip hop encompasses movement that has elements of popping, locking, isolations as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style. Hip hop is urban, it’s street, it's diverse and forever changing. It’s a great workout and fun whether you’re a beginner or looking to keep training. It is one of our most popular adult classes.

Adult Jazz & Tap

Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, every jazz and tap dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way. Both jazz and tap dancing are energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. This forms of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality.

Adult Ballet

Our most popular adult class at the studio. Whether you’re a beginner dancer or an experienced dancer, the ballet experience can excite and inspire you. Many of our Adult Ballet students trained when they were younger and just miss the love of dance. These classes are great for those that want get back into it. Ballet is among the most beautiful forms of expression ever devised and a perfect mix of sight and sound, stunning aesthetics, and awesome technique.


An exercise system with and without apparatus based on core strengthening. The aim is to improve flexibility and strength and to create a balance in the body. It includes comprehensive regulation of the physical functions and leads to physical and mental relaxation. Particularly effective for back and posture problems!

Adult Barre Class

Barre fitness is a great new way to work out and stay in shape. It's ballet inspired can and also draw from Yoga and Pilates. We commonly use the barre as a tool to balance throughout exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles). This is combined with sets of high reps of small range-of-motion movements as is done in Pilates.

Adult Contemporary

This class is a freer, more expressive and grounded style of movement that uses proper technique to its advantage. This class lifts the restriction from Ballet and has its own technique within it. Contemporary and Lyrical explore the possibilities of human movement and the use of space; up-down, left-right, contraction-release, fall-recover; strengthening the dancer both mentally and physically. The students will be taught to express emotion physically through dance.
