We have a really strong dance program for these young dancers. This class is great start for dance! It’s a ballet based class that focuses on the foundations of dance such as bending, straightening, pointing, flexing, turning, balancing and more! Students learn to listen, follow instruction as well as wait their turn. Sometimes they take trips to the circus and can be caught hiking through the jungle on occasion.

We have 2 levels of our popular and successful First Steps program. This second level is perfect for 4 year olds or dancers that have done First Steps previously. Foundation skills such as bending, straightening, pointing, flexing, turning, balancing are reinforced and developed even further. These lucky dancers will get to be princes and princesses and will become expert butterflies and grasshoppers!

Pre-acro is an introduction class where dancers will work on somersaults, balances, cartwheels, bridges and overall flexibility. We use mats for safety.

This is a non-graded beginner ballet class that’s ideal for new ballet students. They’ll work on Grade 1-3 syllabus.

Lyrical is a great cross between jazz and ballet. This class is great for new or recreational dancers.

This is a ballet class where dancers start to learn syllabus work. This class is the next step after First Steps. Focuses on this class are positions of the body, control and coordination.

A great combo of jazz and tap. They get to work on sharp, strong jazz movement while also learning the basics of musicality in tap. They’ll get to listen to popular music in this high energy class.

Beginner ballet for 11-18 year olds. This is a non-graded class for new students, but will focus on body positions, posture, control, balance and coordination.

Jazz for 7-10 year olds focusing on the Jr syllabus and working towards a Jr 3 jazz exam. This class is great for new or existing students. It will reinforce sharp movement to ensure that the students bodies know where each position should be held. Students will work on jumps and turns as well.

Jazz for 11-18 year olds focusing on the Jr and Pre Inter syllabus and working towards a jazz exam. This class is great for new or existing students. Jr syllabus material will be reviewed and Pre Intermediate work will be taught as well. Pre intermediate work focuses on smoothing out the sharp movement from the Jr level and making it smooth and graceful.

Beginner ballet for 18+ years. This class is great for beginner as well as dancers who took ballet when they were younger. There will be a focus on proper posture, balance, coordination and general ballet knowledge.

Tap for 7-10 year olds focusing on the Jr syllabus and working towards a Jr 3 jazz exam. This class is great for new or existing students. It will reinforce big, loud and clear sounds. We play drums with our feet.

Tap for 11-18 year olds focusing on a the Jr and Pre Inter syllabus and working towards a jazz exam. This class is great for new or existing students. Jr material will be reviewed and Pre Intermediate material will be taught as well. In the Pre Intermediate level, movement becomes smaller and smoother and steps are doubled and tripled to add more sound!

Intermediate ballet for 18+ year olds. This class is for adult dancers who have dance experience. It runs at a faster pace and focuses on more intermediate ballet work.

Introduction to pointe for 18+ year olds. This class will teach adult dancers how to successfully and safely go on pointe.

Ballet for 7-8 year olds. This class will focus on basic knowledge and terminology in ballet. It will teach the dancers about improving their musicality and work on the development of expression in dance.

Ballet for 8-9 year olds. This class will focus on basic knowledge and terminology in ballet. It will teach the dancers about improving their musicality and work on the development of expression in dance.

Ballet for 9-10 year olds. This class takes the basic knowledge from Grade 1 and 2 and works on making the dancer’s technique more consistent. Further terminology is also added.

Ballet for 10-11 year olds. This class focuses on rhythmical sounds, accents and timing. The dancers learn to interpret music and learn about phrasing and dynamics. They also build on how to communicate with an audience.

Ballet for 13+ year olds. This class focuses on a clear understanding of phrasing, dynamics and atmosphere with regards to music. Dancers in this grade are now confident in communication with their audience.

Ballet for 15-18 year olds. This class focusses on adding an element of personal style. Students now have a range of performance skills and varied expression when they’re dancing.

Ballet for 15+ year olds. This class focuses on a secure demonstration and understanding of all of the elements from Grade 1 up!

Pointe for experienced dancers. Students must be assessed before joining this class

Introduction and reinforcement for new or existing pointe dancers. This class will focus on exercises and combinations in order to successfully and safely go on pointe.

Jazz for experienced 7-10 year olds. This class is great for students with jazz experience. It will reinforce sharp movement to ensure that the students bodies know where each position should be held. Students will work on jumps and turns as well. Pre Intermediate work will be introduced as well.

Jazz for experienced 11-14 year olds. Pre intermediate work focuses on smoothing out the sharp movement from the Jr level and making it smooth and graceful. It introduces classical positions as well. Students will work a lot on jumps and turning sequences.

Jazz for experienced 15-18 year olds. This class is for advanced jazz dancers. Dancers will learn advanced jumps as well as advanced turning sequences.

Tap for experienced 7-10 year olds. It will reinforce big, loud and clear sounds. We play drums with our feet.

Jazz for experienced 7-10 year olds. This class is great for students with jazz experience. It will reinforce sharp movement to ensure that the students bodies know where each position should be held. Students will work on jumps and turns as well. Pre Intermediate work will be introduced as well.

Tap for experienced 15-18 year olds. This class is for advanced tap dancers. Several styles of tap will be explored.

Core fitness for 18+ year olds. Variations offered for students of different levels. It’s a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and overall core strength.

Lyrical is a great cross between jazz and ballet. This class is great for new or recreational dancers. It’s a great way to learn to connect to music and express emotion in a song.

Lyrical/Contemporary for experienced 7-10 year olds. This class allows to dancers to connect to music and dance in a free and expressive way. It’s a cross between ballet and jazz.

Lyrical/Contemporary for experienced 11-14 year olds. This class allows to dancers to connect to music and dance in a free and expressive way. It’s a cross between ballet and jazz.

Lyrical/Contemporary for experienced 15-18 year olds. This class allows to dancers to connect to music and dance in a free and expressive way. It’s a cross between ballet and jazz.

A mix of jazz and contemporary for 18+ year olds. This class is great for beginners and intermediate.

Introduction to hip hop for 4-6 year olds. These young dancers will start to learn how to isolate different part of their bodies. They’ll start to learn about musicality

Hip hop for beginner 7-10 year olds. These young dancers will start to learn how to isolate different part of their bodies. They’ll continue to learn about musicality and will become better at picking up choreography.

Hip hop for beginner 11-18 year olds. As teens they have a good understanding of how their bodies move and can work on making their movement bigger and lower.

Hip hop for experienced 7-10 year olds. These young dancers will start to learn how to isolate different part of their bodies. They’ll continue to learn about musicality and will become better at picking up choreography.

Hip hop for experienced 11-14 year olds. As teens they have a good understanding of how their bodies move and can work on making their movement bigger and lower. Several different styles of hip hop will be explored and students will learn to freestyle

Hip hop for experienced 11-14 year olds. Dancers must be taking Teen Hip Hop B or be recommended by teacher for this class. This is a high paced class where students will learn several different styles of hip hop. Students will focus on freestyling as well.

Hip hop for experienced 15-18 year olds. This class is for advanced hip hop dancers. This is a high paced class where students will learn several different styles of hip hop. Students will focus on freestyling as well.

All boys hip hop for beginner dancers. These boys will start to learn how to isolate different part of their bodies. They’ll continue to learn about musicality and will become better at picking up choreography

All boys hip hop for experienced dancers. This class is a faster paced class. They’ll continue to learn how to isolate different part of their bodies. They’ll improve musicality and will become better at picking up choreography

Power move training! You'll learn those windmills, swipes, flares and more in no time. An entire hour dedicated to learning impressive moves. Impress your family and friends by learning to do the impossible!

Fitness class focusing on balance and isometric strength training for 18+ year olds

Great class for experienced dancers looking to explore something new. Combines skills from Break A and B, but works at slower pace defined by the individual. Also a great additional class for those who want extra training!

(Foundation & Drills): Perfect your breakin' foundation through drills and technique training. Earn the respect of worldwide dancers by having strong and proper form. Strong foundation leads to exponential growth!

(Dynamics & Execution): Level up your breakin' skills by learning how to execute your dynamics and utilizing unique transitions. Advanced training includes mixing difficult movements together and having strong execution.

(Battle & Creation): Unlock your own unique way of moving, through learning creation techniques. Develop strategies to refine those creations so they're ready to be used in battles and performances. Training in both body and mind!

Focused on improving and maintaining flexibility for 18+ year olds. Havin trouble getting your socks or shoes on lately or find that you’ve lost some flexibility. This class will help you!

Introduction to breakin for 5-9 year olds. Learn all the parts of breakin’ culture. Including top rocks, go downs, footwork, freeze and power.

Acro for 7-10 year olds. This class focusses on gymnastics and dance. Dancers will work on cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands and introductions to walkovers.

Experienced acro for dancers who can do unassisted front and back walkovers.

Acro for dancers who can do cartwheels, handstands and are working on walkovers.

Advanced acro for those working on handsprings, flips, aerials.

Dancing, acting and lip-synching for 7-12 year olds. These dancers will work on their performance abilities and their confidence while also learning how to portray characters.

Tap for 18+ year olds. This class is great for beginner and intermediate dancers.

Hip hop for 18+ year olds. This class is great for beginner and intermediate dancers. Dancers will work on a different hip hop combo each week and get to explore and learn different styles of hip hop.

Combo or jazz, tap and ballet for 4-6 year olds. A great combo of jazz, tap and ballet. They get to work on sharp, strong jazz movement while also learning the basics of musicality in tap and the grace of ballet. They’ll get to listen to popular music in this high energy class.

Movement class for mom and daughter ages 18 months-3 years. In this class we’ll sing songs, do different exercises and games. It’s all about fun, movement and music!
